In addition to our Utah warehouse, we opened a warehouse in Tennessee to help our WD’s with speedy delivery and lower shipping costs. Our number one goal is to serve our distributors and help them be as profitable as possible. This year, we added 10,000 square feet to our R&D team capacity, and we are preparing to almost double our production capacity in 2018 by adding an additional 13,000 square feet to keep up with increasing market demands. Orders with more than one item are assigned processing periods according to each item.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The stock can change at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
